Refund Policy

At TryDual, we are committed to providing quality products, whether physical or digital. This policy describes the return and refund conditions applicable to our customers.

 

Physical products

 

Right of withdrawal

 

In accordance with current European legislation, consumers have a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties.

 

Return conditions

 

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their full packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

  • After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a full refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.

Return requests should be sent by e-mail to trydualcontact@gmail.com with the corresponding order number.

 

 

Digital products

 

Digital products sold on the site include, but are not limited to:

  • 3D models already made available for download;

  • Ranks or privileges that can be activated on our Minecraft server.

     

3D models

 

Digital 3D modeling files are considered delivered as soon as they are available for download.

  • Due to their nature, no refunds can be given after downloading, except in the following cases:

    • File damaged or unusable despite a valid download attempt ;

    • Delivered file error (e.g. wrong model) on our part.

       

Minecraft grades

 

Purchased grades or privileges are usually activated automatically or manually within a short time.

  • As these products are consumed immediately, no reimbursement will be made after activation, except in the following cases:

    • Grade not received within 72 hours of payment;

    • Double payment;

    • Delivery error (incorrect grade assigned).

 

 

Repayment terms

 

In the event of an accepted refund :

  • This will be done via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • A delay of 5 to 10 working days may be necessary depending on banking deadlines.
